And holy cow, why did I wait so long to do this?? It makes such a statement now! And it’s an actual color other than white! Ya proud??
Sherwin Williams Alabaster is the only other paint color I’ve ever actually chosen. I saw Liz Marie Galvan paint some of her interior doors in the color Putty by Fusion Mineral Paint, and immediately decided that I needed that color in my life.
I will say that mine reads much darker than hers in this space, because this particular spot in our house lacks sunlight for most of the day; however, I still really love it.
The before is messy, and just generally lacking something.
Still a little messy, but something about the after just feels extra cozy to me, and I’m kind of wanting to paint the outside of this door, along with our shutters this same color! …maybe when it’s not 95 degrees outside.
